Raffaela "Raffy" Frymark is a Licensed Massage Therapist (#MSG011061) and Massage Instructor in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Cortiva Institute-Seattle in Seattle, Washington, in 2014. Starting her Massage career at Massage Envy, Raffy quickly honed her skills in Myofascial Release, creating what she referred to as a "Therapeutic Relaxation Massage." After relocating to Pennsylvania in 2016, Raffy has been working hard to educate herself in exactly what the body needs to not only heal, but to create a better quality of life. Her skills include but are not limited to; Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage, Neuromuscular Techniques, and Tragerwork.

 

Raffy lives with her huband Max, and their 2 cats Remy and Winston. In her free time, she enjoys art, video games, Eurovision, and running her international music journalism website, RaffaMusica.com.
